Cookie policy
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we may set cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you ask for; anything else needs your consent. This site sets at most three cookies, and none of them track you across other websites.

1. The cookies we use
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID |
Keeps your cart between pages and protects forms (cart, checkout) against forged submissions. | Strictly necessary | Until you close the browser |
buyer |
Set only if you tick "remember my details" at checkout. Stores the checkout details you entered on your own device, so the form is filled in next time. | Optional, with your consent | 180 days |
supchat_v |
Set when you start a chat with us. Holds the conversation identifier, so you see your earlier messages and our replies when you come back. | Strictly necessary for the chat you start | 1 year |
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or social-media trackers.
2. "Remember my details" and how to forget them
The buyer cookie is off by default. To remove it, untick "remember my details" the next time you check out, or clear the cookies for dqatraining.co.uk in your browser settings. Nothing in that cookie is used for anything other than filling in the checkout form.
3. Content loaded from other servers
Some parts of the page are loaded from other servers: typefaces from Google Fonts, photographs from images.pexels.com and payment method icons from cdn.jsdelivr.net. We do not set cookies through these requests, but, as with any web request, those servers see your IP address and your browser's description of itself. See the privacy policy for details.
4. Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block PHPSESSID, the cart and the checkout will not work; if you block supchat_v, the chat will not remember your conversation.
