A voice changes by practice, not by watching.
Every course is a set of short recorded lessons with something to do after each one. You watch, you try it out loud, you record yourself on your phone and you listen back with a checklist. That loop is the whole method.

Watch
One idea per lesson, about 8 minutes. Headphones on, full attention, no second screen.

Practise along
Pause and do the exercise out loud with the video. Quietly is fine; silently is not.

Record yourself
A minute on your phone: the same passage, the same answer, the same opening line.

Listen back
Play it once with the lesson checklist. Mark one thing to change, then go round again.
What you need
Less than you think
- Headphones. Any pair. Detail in the voice is easier to hear than through laptop speakers.
- A phone. Its voice-memo or camera app is your recorder. No microphone to buy.
- A quiet room. A door you can close. A bedroom with soft furnishings works better than a kitchen.
- 10–20 minutes a day. Short and often beats a long session at the weekend.
The microphone in the photo is optional. A phone held at arm’s length is enough for every exercise.

You land on your own order page with what you bought and where to begin. It stays at the same address.
The access email
Sign-in details for the course library arrive at the email you gave at checkout.
Streamed in a browser
Computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection. Nothing to install, and no downloads.
Yours to repeat
Re-watch any lesson as often as you like for 18 months.
Honest limits
What a recorded course cannot do
- Nobody listens to your recordings. There is no tutor, no live coaching and no marking. The checklist and your own ears do that job.
- It is not a qualification. The courses build skill; they do not lead to a regulated award.
- It is not therapy. If your voice hurts, stays hoarse for more than a couple of weeks, or anxiety stops you working, see a GP or a speech and language therapist.
- It only works if you practise. Watching all 293 lessons without speaking aloud changes very little.

Which course should I start with?
If your voice itself lets you down — running out of breath, speaking too fast, not being heard — start in “The instrument”, usually with Breath & Support. If the voice is fine but a particular situation is hard, start in the room that matches it: meetings, talks or camera. Build a set shows them side by side.
How soon can I start after paying?
Your access details are emailed within one working day. Your order page is there straight away, with a plan for the first week.
Can I download the videos?
No. Lessons are streamed only, in a web browser. You need an internet connection while you watch.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. Any device with an up-to-date browser works: phone, tablet or computer. Headphones help more than a big screen.
How long do I keep access?
18 months for every course in the order. You can re-watch any lesson as often as you like in that time.
Will someone listen to my recordings and give feedback?
No. The courses are recorded and self-paced. Each recording task comes with a checklist of what to listen for, so you can judge your own playback.
I get very nervous. Will this cure it?
The courses teach practical routines that many people find steady them, but they are not treatment. If anxiety is affecting your health or your work, please talk to a GP.
Do I need to buy a microphone or a ring light?
No. Your phone records well enough for every exercise. Presenting on Camera & Calls shows how to set up light and sound with what you already own.
Can I change my mind after buying?
You have 14 days to cancel, but at checkout you ask for access to start straight away, and the right to cancel ends once access is given. Until then you can cancel from your order page. Details are in the Terms.
Can I buy courses for my team?
Each course is for one learner, with access in that person’s name. For several people, place one order per learner, or write to us in the chat first and we will explain the options.
